Massage is the practice of trying to neutralize asymmetries using different techniques from lighter to a deeper pressure, with elongation and stretching of the whole structure to re-balance muscle memory.
Disciplines include: Deep tissue, Shiatzu, Trigger Point, Swedish, Rolfing, and Hoffa .
Work 1 on 1 to identify and target your personal goals. Your instructor will design a progression utilizing a variety of Pilates tools including; fundamental practice, advanced mat poses, and classic Reformer machine. Strengthen and work your core following core concepts in breathing, balancing, alignment, and symmetry.
PILATES MAT GROUP CLASS
34-pose sequence on the floor using a yoga mat, exercise balls, and Theraband; multilevel with modification according to skill levels to strengthen and work your core, balance, and re-alignment. Monday-Friday at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. – View Calendar.
PILATES REFORMER CLASS
Progression of movements conducted on Pilates equipment and apparatuses; reformer and/or trapeze table. Limited to three or four students per class. Pilates using the classic Reformer machine isolates strength and conditioning with a total body workout. Weekly classes – View Calendar.
