34-pose sequence on the floor using a yoga mat, exercise balls, and Theraband; multilevel with modification according to skill levels to strengthen and work your core, balance, and re-alignment.
Mat Class: Drop in fee $15 for 1 hour class, $100 for a 10 classes package.
Yoga attire, bare feet, bring a towel, mats will be provided.
