Progression of movements conducted on the classic Pilates Reformer machine in a class format of max. 5 participants, to build strength and flexibility with a total body workout. Reformer Class: Drop in fee $25 for 1 hour class, $200 for a 10 classes package. Yoga attire, bare feet, bring a towel.
